Making Bracelets out of scrap fabric, ribbons and beading
I don't know about you, but I'm a serious crafter! I have TONS of scraps in all different drawers, cabinets and bins. Why is it that I find it so hard to throw scraps away? No matter how small a piece of fabric or ribbon I think that there is always *something* that can be created with the scraps of a previous project. Well, I'm so glad I have the hording gene for this exact project. This is not a new idea, by any means but I always like to "make it mine" but adding or editing to my personal taste. Here is how to create these trendy bracelets: Using 6 long strips (approx 12 inch) of scrap *whatever* knot one end. Separate the scraps into three sections and braid them. Knot the bottom end then secure onto your arm with a safety pin. That's it. Done. Super simple!

Back to the Beach...
Is it only me or do the words "back to school" cause an instant panic attack? Today, we are going to leave those dreaded words at the door and go back to the beach!! This adorable candy table was created for a beach themed first birthday party. You can create this candy table yourself by using oversized sand pails found at the local craft center and their sand shovels as serving scoops. The popcorn bags can be bought at the party supply store or the party supply section of Target or Walmart. There is so much you can do with a beach themed party. Leave your ideas as a comment below.
